By accessing or using this service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Min Stemme is a text-to-speech communication aid. It converts text you type into spoken audio using the ElevenLabs API. The service is intended to support communication for people with speech or language difficulties.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You may not share your account with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used for abusive, illegal, or harmful purposes.

You agree not to use this service to:

• Generate, transmit, or store content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or discriminatory.
• Create audio intended to impersonate a real person (living or deceased) — including public figures, celebrities, or private individuals — without their explicit, verifiable consent.
• Generate audio designed to deceive listeners into believing it is an authentic recording of a real person for the purpose of fraud, defamation, or manipulation.
• Generate audio depicting minors in sexual, violent, or otherwise harmful contexts.
• Generate content intended to interfere with elections, spread political disinformation, or incite violence.
• Upload voice recordings of other people to the voice-cloning feature without their explicit, informed consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the service beyond your own account data.
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures.

You are also bound by ElevenLabs' own Prohibited Use Policy, which we pass through to you as a condition of using the speech generation feature. The list above is a summary, not the full set of restrictions — see ElevenLabs' policies for the complete list.

Speech generation is powered by ElevenLabs, Inc. ("ElevenLabs"), a US-based provider. You do not hold a direct account with ElevenLabs, but your use of the speech generation and voice-cloning features is:

• Subject to ElevenLabs' Terms of Service ↗ and their Acceptable Use / Prohibited Use policies, which we pass through to you.
• Sublicensed to you by us under our own commercial agreement with ElevenLabs. If that agreement changes or terminates, or if ElevenLabs updates their terms, your access and usage rights may change accordingly.

Voice recordings you upload for cloning, the derived voice model, and the audio generated through the service are processed on ElevenLabs' infrastructure in the United States. See our Privacy Policy for details of this data transfer.

This section is important — please read it carefully.

Your inputs. You own (or confirm that you have the necessary rights to) the text you type into the service and the voice recordings you upload for cloning. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to store and process those inputs solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Generated audio. Audio produced by the service is generated by ElevenLabs' technology under our commercial agreement with them. Subject to your compliance with these terms and with ElevenLabs' terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the generated audio for lawful personal communication purposes. Depending on the ElevenLabs plan we operate under at any given time, using the generated audio publicly, commercially, in advertising, or in monetised content may be restricted, may require attribution to ElevenLabs, or may be prohibited outright. Before using generated audio outside the app, check ElevenLabs' current terms.

Voice models. All voice models used by the service — including the preset voices you can select and any custom voice model created from recordings you upload for cloning — remain the intellectual property of ElevenLabs. You do not own the voice model derived from your recording. You are granted the right to use that model through this service while your account is active and our agreement with ElevenLabs permits. You may not export, extract, or attempt to reproduce a voice model outside the service.

Responsibility for output. Speech-synthesis and voice-cloning technology can produce inaccurate, unexpected, or offensive output. You are solely responsible for the audio you generate and the contexts in which you play or share it.

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audio output will meet any particular quality standard.

Speech quality depends on the ElevenLabs API, which is outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) EUR 50.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [PLACEHOLDER: court venue, e.g. Copenhagen].

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
